Dr. Khalid Yousif has a comprehensive background in the field of Trauma and Acute Critical Medicine. He has worked as a specialist in this field for twenty years, working extensively in New Zealand and across Australia. 

He became a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Emergency Medicine in Auckland, New Zealand before moving to Brisbane, Australia with his family in 2010. Yousif Trauma & Medical services was established the same year.  

In 2020 Private Emergency Health Australia (‘PEHA’), collaborated with Dr. Yousif. He is a co-owner and Director of Mater Private Hospital Emergency Care Centre in Mackay, Queensland. 

Dr. Yousif has a strong set of skills that thrive in both public and private hospitals, providing services in trauma and critical care. His leadership in an Emergency Department empowers and educates its staff and cares for its patients.
